Draining, Pouring & Warming! Simply insert the tip of the "Basket Cadee" horizontally into a perforated hole of the basket until the tip locks into the basket. Then twist the "Basket Cadee" to an upright position where the tip of the tool is pointing up. At this point, guide the basket to the rim of the boiling pot using the handle for draining or warming seafood, meats, and vegetables. Basket contents should not exceed 60 lbs. when using the "Basket Cadee" tool. also, the "Basket Cadee" will help assist you in emptying the contents out of the basket. Simply, grab the handle of the basket then apply pressure to the rear of the "Basket Cadee" for supporting the basket while pouring the contents out. Before initial use fo the "Basket Cadee", insert the tool for initial fitting.
