BOSCOLI Italian Olive Salad Mix

Ingredients:

• 1 10″ round loaf Muffuletta bread with Sesame seeds
• Boscoli Olive Mix
• 1/4 lb Genoa Salami
• 1/4 lb Ham
• 1/4 lb Mortadella
• 1/8 lb Sliced Mozzarella
• 1/8 lb Provolone

 

Preparation:

Cut the bread in half length wise.  Brush both sides with the oil from your Boscoli Olive Salad Mix.  Layer half of the salami on the bottom half of the bread, then layer Mortadella. Then stack the mozzarella, ham, provolone, and the remainder of salami. Top with the olive salad mix. Cut into quarters.  Be sure to include Zapps chips.   Bon Appetite!
