Crab Meat Ravigotte
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp capers, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp ZATARAIN’S Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped pimento
- 2 cups Lump Crab – Jumbo
Steps:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except crab meat. Mix thoroughly. Add crab meat and lightly toss. Chill until ready to serve. Spoon into prepared pastry shell or ramekin for individual serving. Garnish with slices of pimento. Makes 4 servings.
