Spicy Sausage Cheese Bread

Ingredients: 

• 4 cups self-rising flour
• 1 1/3 cups milk
• 1 lb. COMEAUX'S Pork & Jalapeno Sausage (Fresh), browned
• 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ cup onion, finely minced 

Steps: 

In large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add milk and mix until all dry ingredients are moistened. Add the browned, undrained sausage after it has cooled. Mix thoroughly. Spread dough into a 13x9-inch baking pan (sprayed with cooking spray). Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
