Brunch Pizza

 

 

Ingredients: 

  • ½ lb Poche's Chicken Sausage, casing removed and coarsely chopped
  • 1 (8 ounces) package part skim mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup low fat milk
  • 1 pinch dried or fresh oregano
  • 1 12” fresh pizza dough 

Steps:  

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pizza dough on round pizza pan. Sprinkle sausage and mozzarella cheese over dough. Add eggs and milk to a small bowl and whisk to blend. Pour egg and milk mixture over dough. Sprinkle eggs with oregano. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
