Mango Skinny Dip

 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped mango
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste 

Steps:

 In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Add salt, if desired. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra paprika if desired. Chill before serving. Serve with assorted fruit, vegetable dippers, and bagel bites or crackers. Makes 3 1/2-4 cups.
