Apricot-Glazed Christmas Ham




  • 1 (3- to 4-lb) fully cooked, spiral sliced ham
  • 1 ½ cups apricot preserves
  • 3 tbsp prepared mustard 


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ham in an aluminum-foil-lined roasting pan. In a separate bowl, combine preserves and mustard; pour over ham. Bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 140 degrees, basting ham every 30 minutes with glaze.
