Ham Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 cups diced ham
- ¼ cup minced green onions
- ¼ cup minced celery
- ¼ cup minced black olives
- 2 Tbsp. minced pimentos
- Blue Plate Mayonnaise
- TABASCO Pepper Sauce
- ZATARAIN'S Creole Mustard
- Cajun Power Worcestershire Sauce
- 10 Slices of rye bread
Steps:
Place ham in food processor and chop very fine. Combine the ham with the green onions, celery, black olives and pimentos. Blend with mayonnaise, Creole mustard, hot sauce, and Worcestershire, to taste. Spread the mixture on the bread and cut each sandwich into quarters.
