Description: These are made from the same recipe as our Boudin Balls, however they are smaller in size; great for parties, catering, and receptions! They are Bite-sized, and they are much more elegant for a party or restaurant service, and they are just as tasty as our larger Boudin Balls! They fry very quickly (@ 350 degrees for about 3-1/2 minutes).....a plus for cooks under time pressure! Our Bites are perfect on an appetizer tray with a dipping sauce of your choice! Boudin Bites include on average 26 cajun bites.
