Description: Pourciau’s Raspberry Praline-Creole Mustard Glaze is a gourmet glaze made from all natural ingredients with no preservative or high fructose corn syrup.   It’s a delightful blending of our rich and creamy praline sauce with spicy creole mustard and a hint of sweet red raspberry flavoring.  Simply brush it on for a unique caramelized coating that seals in the juices on your favorite meats when baking or grilling.  It’s great on beef, ham, poultry, pork, lamb or wild game – it’s uses are only limited by your imagination

 

It’s even great as a topping on cream cheese, baked brie and other cheeses.  Or, try it as a dipping sauce for crackers, pretzels and chips.  Try is on your favorite spring salad as a special sweet and tangy dressing.

Recipe

Pourciau’s Praline Raspberry Mustard Glazed Baby Back Ribs

1 or 2      2lb racks of baby back ribs

3 Tbsp    granulated crab boil seasoning

1 cup      your favorite dry rub or Cajun seasoning

1 jar        Pourciau’s Praline Raspberry Mustard Glaze

 

Fill a large roasting pot 2/3 full of water. Add granulated crab boil seasoning and bring to a boil. Once water is at a rolling boil, completely submerge ribs in the water, and allow them to boil for 20-30 minutes or until the bones of the ribs stick out ¼ inch on each side of the rack.

Remove the ribs from the water and place on a baking sheet/aluminum foil.  Coat both sides of the meat generously with dry rub/seasoning and then wrap it in aluminum foil. 

 

Place in a 300° oven for 2 hours.  Remove meat from oven, open foil, and brush tops of racks with a thick layer of Pourciau’s Praline Raspberry Mustard Glaze. Turn oven to 350F and place rib back into oven, uncovered for 30-45 minutes, or until the glaze starts to caramelize on top.

 

Slice, serve, and enjoy!
