LA FISH FRY, Crawfish, Crab & Shrimp Boil Liquid
Boil seafood to your own taste with this potent liquid concentrate seasoning. Directions: Shake well before using. Crawfish or Shrimp: Use 1 Tbsp. per 5 pounds of seafood. (5 fl. oz. per 50 pounds) Use enough water to cover seafood completely. Bring seasoned water to a rolling boil, then add seafood and return to boil. Boil 5 minutes, remove from heat and let soak 20 minutes. The longer seafood soaks the spicier it will be. Crabs: Use 1 Tbsp. Boil and 5 Tbsp. salt per dozen crabs. Just toss in a bag of this seasoning, and let the whole herbs and spices work their magic. To a large pot, add enough water to cover seafood, 4 Tbsp. salt and 1 bag of Crawfihs, Shrimp & Crab Boil. Bring to a rolling boil, add seafood, and return to a boil. Boil crabs 20 minutes, crawfish 15 minutes and shrimp 2 minutes. Remove from heat and soak 5 minutes.
