Avocado Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados, peeled and mashed
- 2 Italian plum tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp finely chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp (more or less to taste) Cajun Chef Nacho Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
- Salt and finely ground black pepper to taste
- 1/8 tsp Original "LOUISIANA" Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil, * optional
Steps:
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Best when used within 24 hours.
