- 1 cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onions
- 1 tsp (or more to taste) curry powder
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp tarragon vinegar
- Salt, cayenne and black pepper to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well to blend. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Let stand for about two hours before using. Yield: about 1 cup.
