Description: KONRIKO Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil is a blend of peppers and other spices that perfectly seasons any type of shellfish. This product is designed to be used in boiling or steaming seafood. The contents of this can is enough seasoning to prepare 15 lbs. of shrimp, 10 lbs. of crawfish or 2 dozen crabs.

BOILING METHOD Place your seafood in a basket and put basket in a large pot. Fill the pot with water until the water is even with the top of the seafood. Remove the seafood and add basket and add the contents of this package. Bring to a rolling boil. Place seafood and basket in pot of boiling water and cover tightly returning water back to a boil. Then boil: crawfish - 5 minutes, crabs - 10 minutes, shrimp - 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain off water and serve hot. Sprinkle on KONRIKO Creole Seasoning with each serving for even more flavor.
STEAMING METHOD In any size pot place 3 to 3-1/2 inches of water. DO NOT ADD CRAB BOIL. Cover pot tightly until steam comes out. Add full basket of seafood, regardless of weight and reclose tightly. When steam re-appears start timing: shrimp - 8 to 10 minutes, crawfish & crabs - 10 to 12 minutes. Using a styrofoam ice chest (other types will work), place a layer of seafood, then sprinkle a layer of KONRIKO Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil until all seafood is in chest, cover chest and let stand 10-12 minutes. Seafood will stay hot up to five hours.
