Description: Ms. Margaret Brinkhaus, from Sunset, Louisiana, takes great pride in her home-made jellies. She grows her own flowers, herbs and fruit to produce La Caboose jelly. Each jelly is made one batch at time, hand stirred and then hand poured into 4 oz. jars, and hand labeled. She uses only pure fruit, sugar and pectin - no additives or preservative. This Praline Sauce is excellent on ice cream or use as a topping on dessert dishes.

Muffuletta
Ingredients:
- 1 10″ round loaf Muffuletta bread with Sesame seeds
- Boscoli Olive Mix
- 1/4 lb Genoa Salami
- 1/4 lb Ham
- 1/4 lb Mortadella
- 1/8 lb Sliced Mozzarella
- 1/8 lb Provolone

Preparation
Cut the bread in half length wise. Brush both sides with the oil from your Boscoli Olive Salad Mix. Layer half of the salami on the bottom half of the bread, then layer Mortadella. Then stack the mozzarella, ham, provolone, and the remainder of salami. Top with the olive salad mix. Cut into quarters. Be sure to include Zapps chips. Bon Appetite!
