BAKING FISH Steps: Preheat oven to 400?F. Rinse fish and remove excess moisture by patting with paper towel. Pour Luzianne Cajun Coating Mix into a plastic bag. Place 1 or 2 pieces at a time in bag, shake until evenly coated. Shake off excess coating mix. Arrange coated fish is single layer in greased pan. Bake 10-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
