Luzianne Creole Dinner Kit is a blend of rice, authentic Cajun and Creole seasonings and chopped vegetables. Add chicken, seafood or meat, simmer for 25 minutes and serve.

LUZIANNE® CREOLE MIX (Chicken & Sausage) Steps: Skin and cube 1/2 pound of chicken and 1/2 pound of pork sausage/andouille. In a 4 to 5 quart pot, bring 6 cups of chicken broth, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 2-6oz. cans of tomato paste to a boil. Add Luzianne Creole mix and cubed chicken/sausage while stirring. Empty 1/2 of the red pepper packet into Luzianne Creole Dinner. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Taste Luzianne Creole, and, if desired, season with remaining red pepper from packet and additional table salt. Cover and continue to simmer for 5 more minutes. Serves 5.
LUZIANNE® CREOLE MIX (Seafood) Steps: In a 4 to 5 quart pot, bring 6 cups water, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 2-6oz. cans of tomato paste to a boil. Add Luzianne Creole Dinner while stirring. Empty 1/2 of the red pepper packet into Luzianne Creole Dinner. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 18 minutes. Meanwhile, cube 1 lb. of uncooked fish fillet, shrimp (raw peeled) or crawfish tails. Taste Luzianne Creole, and, if desired, season with remaining red pepper from packet and additional table salt. Cover and continue to simmer for 7 more minutes. Serves 5.
