These are great with food or served on cream cheese as an appertizer. The sweetness takes away some of the hot, you just get a good mild jalapeno flavor.

We are very proud of our pickles. They are very crispy, a little sweet and a little hot. Great to serve as a condiment with sandwiches or they are so good you will just eat them out of the jar.

If you like pickled okra you will love these. They are crispy & full of flavor with a little red pepper and jalapeno. The okra is good with a bloody mary, good with field peas, butter beans, and red beans.  They are also good in a salad.
