Our Cajun fried turkey is fully cooked and ready for you to just heat and eat. This turkey is a great holiday main dish or an impressive addition to your party buffet. Serves 8-12 people. This product was cooked in 100% peanut oil.
Thawing Instructions: Place turkey unopened in refrigerator for 2-4 days to thaw.
To Heat in Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove from wrapper. Place breast side up in shallow pan. Add 1/2 cup water to pan and cover with foil. heat for 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours. A meat thermometer should read 165 degrees in the thickest part of the thigh. Serve immediately.
