Pork Tenderloin with Shrimp
Unit Size: 2 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
Cooking Instructions: Thaw. Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove from bag and bake covered for approx. 30-35 min., then uncovered for 10 min.; or until internal temp reaches 145° F. Allow tenderloin to rest for 7 - 10 min. before serving. Optional: pour 1/3 cup chicken stock or water into the pan for added moisture.
