Poupart's Ciabatta Bread is baked using Poupart's traditional family recipe.  The Chiabatta is prepared and baked daily.  This pack ships with dry ice to keep your bread fresh.  There are no preservatives so you must either freeze your bread upon arrival or eat them within 3 days.
