    R.M. QUIGGS BLACK BEANS & RICE MIX Steps: Pour R.M. Quiggs Black Beans & Rice Mix into 2-3/4 cups of boiling water. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt. Boil one minute, cover tightly and reduce to very low heat for 25-30 minutes. Stir once. Remove from heat and fluff lightly with fork to distribute seasonings. Makes five 4.5 oz. servings. For an added treat, blend a combination of sautéed onions and well done ground beef.
