Thawing instructions: For best results, thaw 24 - 48 hours in a refrigerator.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Remove ALL packaging. Add 3/4 - 1 cup of water to the pan. Place roll in pan, skin side up and cover. Conventional Oven: Bake 1 hour 45 minutes, ithen remove foil and bake additional 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Convection Oven: Bake 1 hour 15 minutes, then 15 minutes uncovered. Baste as needed until golden brown. Use a meat thermometer to insure your turduchen roll has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Slice and serve.
