Description: Our Turducken Roll is a boneless turkey breast layered with duck, chicken and stuffed with Cajun pork sausage. The Turducken Roll is frozen in a vacuum sealed bag. To defrost, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours or for rapid thaw place in cool water for 6-9 hours.

THAWING INSTRUCTTIONS: For best results, thaw 24-48 hours in a refrigerator.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Remove ALL packaging. Do not remove the woven threading around the roll. Add 3/4 - 1 cup of water to the pan. Place roll in pan, skin side up and cover. Conventional Oven: Bake 1 hour 45 minutes, ithen remove foil and bake additional 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Convection Oven: Bake 1 hour 15 minutes, then 15 minutes uncovered. Baste as needed until golden brown. Use a meat thermometer to insure your turduchen roll has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove woven threading before serving. Slice and serve.
