The Turducken is frozen in a vacuum sealed bag. To defrost, thaw in refrigerator for 48 hours or for rapid thaw place in cool water for 6-9 hours. GROUND $79 to $95 2Day $95 to $105 NEXT DAY $100 to $125 Thawing Instructions: For best results, thaw 48 hours (2 days) in refrigerator. For a quick thaw, place turducken in a leak proof bag (garbage liner) and place in sink (cool water) for 9 hours. How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 325 F. Remove all packaging. Add 3/4 cup of water to roasting pan. Cover, with legs pointing up. If completely thawed, total cook time takes 4-1/2 hours. If frozen, allow for 6 hours. Remove cover for the last hour for browning. Baste as needed until golden brown. Use meat thermometer to insure your turducken has reached an internal temperature of at least 165 F. Our Turducken will feed about 20 to 30 people.
