CRAB CAKE DIRECTIONS Steps: Blend thoroughly Zatarain's Crab Cake mix with 12 to 16 oz. of crab meat, 1/4 mayonnaise and 1/2 cup water. Allow to stand 5 to 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Make crab cake mixture into 10-12 patties. Fry in 1/4 inch preheated oil (340 F) until golder brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Make five servings of 2 crab cakes per serving.
