Hi I just purchased these I’ve never had these before and I see they are stuffed in pork skin do we eat the pork skin and all? If you could help me out with this I’d appreciate it and look forward to trying them thanks
All of our boudin is stuffed in pork casing, if you do not eat the pork casing you can cook the boudin and just remove the casing. Any other questions we can be reached at 888-272-9347.
