Red Wine Beef

 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 6-8 lbs. beef tip roast
  • 16 oz. Cajun Injector Italian Garlic & Red Wine Marinade 

Steps: 

Shake marinade well. Place roast in a 2-3 inch deep pan. Inject roast with 1 to 2 oz. in several places evenly around roast. 16 oz. will do a 6-10 lb. roast nicely. Pour a generous amount of the Red Wine Marinade over the roast. Cover with foil. Cook in oven at 350F or on pit with meat thermometer until desired temperature is reached.
