Lemon Butter Amandine




  • 1 lb fish fillets, or seafood of choice
  • 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg. Cajun King Lemon Butter Amandine Sauce Mix 


Sauté 3 Tbsp butter or margarine over low heat until brown and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in seasoning mix. Allow to set for one minute. Fry, bake, broil, grill or poach fish or chicken, then spoon the mixture over the cooked product. Bake at 450 F for one to two minutes to toast almonds. Do not place under broiler/grill as herbs will burn. Also microwaveable.
