- 1 large loaf stale bread, crusts removed
- ¾ cup Blue Plate Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp. Cajun Chef Cayenne Red Pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Paprika (if desired)
Cut each bread slice into 4 squares and arrange on pan. In a bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, pepper and garlic powder. Spread mixture on bread squares. Sprinkle with paprika each if desired. Place under broiler about 3-4 minutes until cheese melts and begins to brown. Serve hot. Makes about 86 squares.
