Cheese Grits

 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups grits
  • 8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun Power Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • ½ cup (1 stick) margarine
  • Tabasco sauce 

Steps: 

Heat water, milk and salt to a slow boil. Add grits and cook until thick. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
