- ½ lb Poche's Chicken Sausage, casing removed and coarsely chopped
- 1 (8 ounces) package part skim mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup low fat milk
- 1 pinch dried or fresh oregano
- 1 12” fresh pizza dough
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pizza dough on round pizza pan. Sprinkle sausage and mozzarella cheese over dough. Add eggs and milk to a small bowl and whisk to blend. Pour egg and milk mixture over dough. Sprinkle eggs with oregano. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
