Lamb Chops In Wine Sauce




  • 4 large or 8 small lamb chops
  • Creole seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 Tbsp Cajun Power Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp powdered ginger
  • Tabasco sauce to taste


Season both sides of chops with creole seasoning. In deep skillet, heat oil and brown chops slowly over low heat. Combine honey, wine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger and Tabasco sauce, mix well and pour over chops. Simmer for about 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
