Thailand Peanut Pesto

 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Tabasco Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp TABASCO® Habanero Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 12 ounces bow-tie pasta, freshly cooked
  • Chopped Green Onions (Shallots) 

Steps: 

Place peanuts in bowl of food processor, and process until finely ground. With motor running, add remaining ingredients -- except for pasta and green onions -- one at a time, through feed tube. Process until thick, smooth paste has formed. Transfer mixture to bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use. Toss with hot bow tie pasta and garnish with chopped green onions. Make 4 servings.
