Directions: Fill large pot with enough water to cover seafood. Add seafood boil and bring to a rolling boil. Add seafood and bring again to a rolling boil. Boil seafood for 5 minutes. Turn fire off, add 3 pounds of ice and let soak for 10 minutes. This package boils up to 30 pounds of crawfish, 6 dozen crabs or 25 pounds of shrimp.
