A flaky empanada-shaped Cajun Pastry Pie generously stuffed with zesty seasoned ground beef, minced onion, ground red and black peppers, and parsley. A New Orleans favorite. Great for grab-n-go, Basket meal, or as an entrée.
Unit Size: 20 (1 oz.) Pies
Deep Fry - at 350 degrees F for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
Baking - Brush pie with olive oil, butter or egg wash and bake at 375 degrees F 20 - 25 minutes.
