Description: R.M. Quiggs Red Beans & Rice Mix represents 70 years of expertise in formulating and making mixes. We use only the finest quality whole beans, seasonings and our premium quality Long Grain Rice. This product is low in fat and is a good source of low calorie protein.

R.M. QUIGGS RED BEANS & RICE MIX Steps:
- Pour R.M. Quiggs Red Beans & Rice Mix into 2-3/4 cups of boiling water.
- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1-1/2 teaspoons salt.
- Boil one minute, cover tightly and reduce to very low heat for 25-30 minutes.
- Stir once.
- Remove from heat and fluff lightly with fork to distribute seasonings.
Makes five 4.5oz. servings. For an added treat, blend a combination of sautéed onions and well done ground beef.
