Antlers Restaurant uses only Raymond’s Cajun Seasoning on all our famous signature dishes – smothered pork chops, smothered chicken and our well known chicken and sausage gumbo. This is an all purpose Cajun seasoning that can be used on everything. Use this blend as you would salt. “It adds just the right bite.”
