WHITE BEANS & RICE SOUP Ingredients: 1 medium onion, chopped 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 1/4 lb. ham, chopped 3 (10-3/4 oz) cans chicken broth 1 package Tony Chachere's White Beans & Rice. 1/4 cup chopped green onions Steps: In a saucepan, sauté onion, tomato sauce and ham. Add contents of package and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Add green onions and stir. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Yields 5 servings.
