Cajun Grocer was founded by the Hohorst family in Lafayette and has been under the stewardship of the Parfait and Ricks families since 2018. The Parfait family manages the day-to-day operation of the business, working alongside the Ricks family on the technology and digital systems that support it. Through each chapter of the company's history, the purpose has remained consistent: preserve access to Louisiana food culture and serve customers beyond the region.
