Shipping and Order Information
Deep Freeze Packaging
We use ample dry ice and a reusable, custom-branded insulated cooler to ensure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition, whether shipped Ground or Overnight.
All Express methods (Saver (3 Day), 2–Day, and Overnight) are guaranteed.
Shipping Options & Rates
- We offer Ground, Saver (3 Day), 2–Day, and Overnight delivery from Louisiana to all 50 U.S. states.
- Perishable orders to Alaska or Hawaii are only available via the Overnight delivery method.
- There are no extra charges for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.
- Shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order and the destination zip code (based on current UPS and FedEx tables). There are no hidden fees.
- For orders that include perishable products, the quoted shipping rate also includes the foam cooler and dry ice costs.
- If no one is home to receive your package, we recommend shipping to a business address to ensure timely delivery.
Perishable Foods
No minimum weight requirement for perishable orders.
Perishables do not ship over the weekend. Specifically:
- Express Saver ships Monday and Tuesday only.
- 2–Day ships Monday through Thursday.
- Overnight ships Monday through Friday.
- Saturday delivery may be available depending on the carrier.
If you select Ground shipping for perishables, your package will be delivered within 9 business days or less.
If you need your package by a specific date, please choose one of the Express methods (Saver (3 Day), 2–Day, or Overnight).
Important Note on Frozen Items
No refunds or reships will be issued for frozen items shipped via Ground or Home Delivery.
If you are concerned about timely arrival, please select an Express shipping method to ensure your products remain frozen.
Email Notifications
After checkout, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment in real time.
No Backorders
If an item is out of stock, it will be unavailable for purchase until it is restocked.
You can sign up for a stock alert on the product page by clicking the “Notify Me” button and providing your email address. You will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.
