They were OK. They are not breaded as pictured. They are just boudin outside the casing in the shape of balls.

They weren't breaded as pictured. I'm used to breaded boudin balls. These are just boudin outside the casing made into little balls. Tasted good, just not what I expected.

These tasted good to me dipped in remoulade, but my wife didn't care for them. There are better tasting Boudin bites on Cajun Grocer.
