A: Local restaurant where I first tried it keeps it out on the tables so....I also carry a bottle in my purse when I am going to New Orleans or Charleston. Doesn't seem to matter so I don't think it has to be.

Excellent sauce on beans, fish, fried chicken. Bold flavor and easy on the heat. It just may be the most perfect sauce ever... At least I think it is! #Delicious

Best sauce ever. I put it on oysters, beans, sandwiches and whatever I can. Not as hot as green Tabasco and has a much better flavor. I buy 10 at a time because my friends raid my pantry. They love it also.
