BLACKENED FISH RECIPE
1) Prepare six, ½ inch thick fish fillets. Dip fillets in ½ cup of melted butter, coating both sides.
2) Apply Cajun Land Blackened Seasoning liberally to both sides.
3) Drop fillets into cast iron skillet that has been pre-heated for 10 minutes and cook for 45 seconds on each side.
