3 Easy Steps:

Mix 5 Tbsp. of batter mix in 1/2 cup of cold water. Dip chicken into batter.
Coat chicken in remaining dry batter mix.
Deep fry chicken at 325 degrees F. Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and golden brown.
