I tried this for the first time the other day when my daughter and son in law were over. We all really enjoyed it. Much leaner than the other brand I have purchased for many years. The other brand is good but has more fat so probably is not as healthy. I don't think very many sausage is healthy anyway. You don't eat it for your health. Anyway, I'll be buying this again in the future.
