Cooking Directions: Melt 4 oz. margarine or butter in a half steam table pan (10"x12"x2.5"). Combine 2 cups of milk with 1 bag (2 lbs) of cobbler mix and stir until smooth. Pour into half pan and top with 1lb peaches or other fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

A: One 2 lb bag makes one 10 x 12 x 2.5-inch half steam-table pan. Because the case contains 10 lb total, it makes five half pans when divided into five 2 lb batches.
