Mello Joy Decaf is produced using the innovative supercritical carbon dioxide and ultra-pure water process for decaffeination. This process removes only the caffeine, leaving all flavor and aroma components intact. This process is completely natural and chemical-free. Mello Joy coffee is made from 100% Arabica beans which are selected from the top 10% of all beans produced.
