How to cook Redfish on the Halfshell.
- Mark the flesh side of the redfish filet on the grill
- Flip the fish onto the scale side and cook until just cooked through
- Squeeze some lemon over the top.
- Combine olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, parsley, mint, and basil to spoon on top of the fish.
