La Boucherie Stuffed Chicken with Pork Boudin

Deboned chickens with Grandma's stuffings helped to create La Boucherie.  Young tender chickens are deboned by hand then are filled with one of our five homemade stuffings.  The chicken is carefully stitched back together with butcher twine, then it is seasoned to perfection.  Easy to bake and cuts like a cake, it makes for an incredible presentation.  This Chicken is stuffed with Pork Boudin stuffing.

La Boucherie Chicken Stuffed with Boudin makes a great dinner the whole family is sure to love. This chicken is ready to cook and partially deboned, with only the wing bones remaining. Just cook in the oven, and within an hour and a half to two hours you will have a gourmet meal ready that is sure to please.
